HOW IT'S PLAYED
Admirals first build their fleets - every ship has its own custom base with stats indicating it's hull points (HP), firing arcs, defense, cost, and special abilities (no need for cards). Ships are deployed in the battle sector. Each admiral activates one ship at a time - actions include moving, defending, firing, and using special abilities. A round ends once all ships have activated. When 5 full rounds of activations have finished (if there are any ships remaining from the destruction) the admiral with the highest value of ships remaining wins the battle.
